Server locations

Our VPS run in Frankfurt, Germany, and Frankfurt is our only VPS location. Dedicated server locations depend on the machine; Sales will confirm yours.

Straight talk on distance: if your bots hit US retail sites, traffic from a Frankfurt VPS crosses the Atlantic, so round trips take longer than from a server in the US. A Frankfurt VPS suits EU retail sites best. If your setup is latency-sensitive, test it before you scale up.

Operating systems

• VPS: Ubuntu 24.04 or 25.04, Debian 12 or 13, or Windows Server 2022. Yes, that makes it a Windows VPS for bots too.
• Dedicated: Sales can tell you which operating systems each machine supports.

The biggest releases of the year land between early November and mid-December. Get your VPS and static ISP proxies live a few days early, so you can test your tasks before release day instead of on it. Going dedicated? Order at least 4 weeks before release day.
