Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services purchased through www.quantumproxies.net, operated by Quantum Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. Digital Products

All products and services sold through our Site are digital goods, including but not limited to:

  • ISP proxy subscriptions;
  • Residential proxy bandwidth;
  • Mobile proxy access;
  • Dedicated server leases;
  • Virtual private server (VPS) plans;
  • Root server plans.

Digital goods are delivered immediately upon successful payment or within the timeframe specified for the product. No physical shipping is involved.

2. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a transaction has been completed.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse;
  • Failure to read the product description or specifications before purchasing;
  • Unused bandwidth, IP allocations, or server time;
  • Third-party website bans, blocks, or restrictions;
  • Performance dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (your network, hardware, or software configuration);
  • Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order before delivery at our sole discretion, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions;
  • Pricing errors or technical glitches;
  • Product unavailability;
  • Violation of our Terms of Service.

If we cancel an order before the product has been delivered, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period;
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle;
  • Automatic renewal will be stopped, and no further charges will apply.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation;
  • We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account;
  • We may pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback;
  • We may report the incident to fraud prevention databases.

6. Discretionary Exceptions

In rare cases, we may choose to issue a partial or full refund, credit, or service extension at our sole discretion. This may occur when:

  • A verified service outage on our end caused significant disruption;
  • A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge;
  • Other exceptional circumstances warrant an exception.

Any discretionary refund or credit issued in one instance does not establish a precedent or entitle you or any other user to similar treatment in the future.
